Search, Source, & Screen
Not only do we use the latest tools and techniques to search, source, and screen, but you are backed by the best recruiters in the business. We are passionate about what we do and who we serve.
We conduct thorough searches using our extensive vetted database, online job boards, industry groups, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
Step 4
Calibrate & Report
We communicate weekly to share pipeline data, candidate names, status of candidates, and reasons of no interest. All of this drives future decision making with data and helps us make recommendations for hiring success.
Step 5
Interview & Assess
We use the best tools and methods to evaluate a candidate's skills, abilities, and potential fit for the role and organization based on our alignment strategy. We can assist your team with role-specific interviews in the selection process.
Step 6
Offer
If a candidate is a good fit, DISHER Talent Solutions will have pre-offer conversations. This increases the chances for an offer to be accepted. The actual offer is extended to the candidate by you.
Step 7
Review
You will be given a final report for review. This is an opportunity for you to evaluate the successes of the project and any areas for improvement for future success as partners of your team.
